How do I place a custom order?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email and describe the piece you want - type, gold purity, size, gemstones, engraving. We will prepare a sketch and quote within 1–2 business days. Production time is 5 to 21 days depending on complexity.
Which countries do you ship to?
Diamond Gold Company ships worldwide. Key destinations: UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg and beyond), Kazakhstan, Germany, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. We use DHL and SDEK courier services and standard mail. Shipping cost and timeline are confirmed at order placement.
What payment methods do you accept?
For buyers within Kyrgyzstan: QR code payment via banking apps (MBank, Optima, Bakai, O!Money). For international buyers: SWIFT/SEPA bank transfer. Our manager provides the details after order confirmation.
Can I return a piece?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is in original condition with all tags and certificate. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable. Full details in our Return Policy.
