1. Payment Methods

The primary method is QR-code payment via a mobile banking app: open your bank app, select QR payment, scan the code from the Requisites page and confirm. 2. Settlement Currency

The settlement currency is the US dollar (USD). For convenience, prices may also be displayed in Russian rubles (RUB), Kyrgyz soms (KGS), UAE dirhams (AED) and Turkish liras (TRY). The final order amount is fixed in USD at the time of checkout. When paying in another currency, conversion is performed at your bank's rate on the payment date - we recommend checking the current rate before transferring to avoid discrepancies.

3. Payment Confirmation and Processing

Your order moves to "Paid" status and processing begins after we confirm receipt of funds. Processing time depends on the bank and payment method: QR transfers within Kyrgyzstan typically appear within 15–60 minutes; cross-bank and international transfers may take up to 2 banking days. After confirming payment, a manager will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm order details and delivery timelines. Please keep your payment receipt until your order is received and inspected.

4. Payment Security

We never ask you to change payment details mid-conversation - this is a sign of fraud.
