1. Delivery Coverage

Diamond Gold Company delivers across the Kyrgyz Republic and to more than 30 countries. Main destinations include the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the regions), Kazakhstan, Turkey, Belarus, and other CIS countries. We also ship to Europe, Asia, and other regions — ask your manager about availability and cost. Every shipment includes a jewelry certificate. We handle all customs steps required by the destination country.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time depends on the region, the shipping method, and whether the item is in stock. In Bishkek, courier delivery takes 1–3 business days. To other cities in Kyrgyzstan, it takes 2–5 business days. To the UAE, Russia, and Kazakhstan, it takes 5 to 14 business days, depending on the carrier. For made-to-order pieces, add 7–21 business days for production, depending on the design. Your manager confirms the exact dates after you place and pay for the order.

3. Shipping Cost

We work out the cost for each order. It depends on the destination country, the parcel weight, and the carrier you choose. Local delivery in Bishkek may be free above a minimum order value — ask your manager for current terms. For international orders, we tell you the shipping cost before payment and include it in the final invoice. We also run free or discounted shipping offers from time to time — check the site and our social media.

4. Packaging and Receiving Your Order

Every piece comes in a Diamond Gold Company signature gift box, with a jewelry certificate that lists the metal purity and stone details. When your parcel arrives, check the outer packaging with care. If it looks opened or damaged, take a photo before you open it and tell us right away by WhatsApp or email. We accept claims about appearance or completeness within 24 hours of delivery.
