We care about every customer and aim to make returns and exchanges as straightforward as possible. Please review the conditions below to understand your rights.

1. Right to Return Goods of Proper Quality

The Buyer may return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. To be eligible, the following must be preserved: the original presentation (no signs of wear or mechanical damage), full completeness - jewelry certificate, original packaging, tags - and proof of purchase such as a payment receipt or screenshot. Items showing signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs for goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.

2. Returns for Manufacturing Defects

If you discover a manufacturing defect - cracks in the metal, a lost stone, a deformed setting or other flaws not caused by mechanical impact - contact us immediately. Photograph the defect and describe it in your message. Under the law of the Kyrgyz Republic you may demand: replacement with an equivalent item of proper quality, free repair (rectification of the defect), a proportional price reduction, or a full refund. Return shipping costs in this case are borne by the Seller.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact our support team: email info@diamondgoldcompany.com or WhatsApp +996 779 888 890. Please include in your message: your order number, reason for return, desired resolution (replacement, repair or refund), and photos of the item. The manager will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide instructions for returning the item. Do not ship the jewelry without prior coordination with the manager.

4. Refund Timeframes

After receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Funds are returned by the same method and to the same account used for the original payment. The actual credit time after our transfer depends on your bank - typically 1–5 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items made to the Buyer's individual specifications - non-standard sizing, personal engraving or a unique design based on a Buyer-provided sketch - are not eligible for return or exchange. This exclusion applies only when the item is in proper condition; if a bespoke piece has a manufacturing defect, the right to return or replacement is preserved in full under applicable law.
