Dispute Resolution

1. Pre-trial Procedure

The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. Claims are sent to [email protected] and reviewed within 10 business days.

2. Governing Law

The relations between the parties are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Jurisdiction

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is subject to consideration in court at the Seller's location in accordance with the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
