1. Delivery Area

We deliver across Kyrgyzstan and to other countries, including the UAE, Russia, Turkey and Kazakhstan.

2. Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the region and are agreed with the manager after checkout. Within Bishkek — usually 1–3 business days; international delivery — from 5 business days.

3. Cost

Shipping cost is calculated individually depending on region and weight. Free shipping may apply under promotions stated on the site.

4. Receiving

On receipt, check the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the item. Report any damage to the Seller within 24 hours.
