Public Offer (Sales Agreement)

Diamond Gold Company LLC (the "Seller") offers any individual (the "Buyer") to enter into a contract for the sale of goods on the terms set out below.

1. Subject

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the jewelry and other goods presented on the site, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.

2. Placing an Order

Orders are placed through the cart on the site. Acceptance of the offer is deemed to occur upon placing an order and ticking the consent checkbox. The contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order.

3. Price and Currency

Prices are shown on the site and may be displayed in USD, RUB, KGS or AED. The settlement currency is the US dollar (USD). The final order amount is fixed at the time of checkout.
