Returns & Refunds

1. Right to Return

The Buyer may return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the presentation, consumer properties, tags and documents are preserved.

2. Defective Goods

If a defect is found, the Buyer may demand replacement, repair or a refund in accordance with the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Return Procedure

4. Refunds

Funds are refunded by the same method used for payment within 10 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

5. Exceptions

Custom-made (bespoke) items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise provided by law.
